Ingolf de Jong

President

Mr. de Jong has over 32 years of experience in the building technology industry. His expertise is working with clients to find creative technology solutions that allow them to be more effective within their working environment.  His leadership in the building technology industry has allowed him to serve on various boards including President of the NSCA, Vice-President of PSNI, ISE, and locally serves on the Board of Governors for the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce. 

Dan Erickson

Vice President

Mr. Erickson has worked in the Audio/Video industry for over 30 years. He is currently managing operations in the company's Eastern Regional Office, located in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC area.  He specializes in business management, business development, AMX control systems programming, Crestron control systems programming, Visual Basic .NET, video production, and video post-production

Gary Simmonds

Controller

Mr. Simmonds has worked for GENCOMM for over 3 years and uses his combined 20 years of accounting, auditing, management and IT experience to lead the finance department. Mr. Simmonds also helps to maintain GENCOMM’s internal computer network and workstations. He has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Business Information System.

Brandon Gramse

Technology Manager/Sr. Engineer

Mr. Gramse specializes in the design and commissioning of professional building technology solutions for the public and private sector, including Corporate, K-12 Education, Institutions of Higher Learning, Entertainment Venues, Retail Facilities, DOD, and Local, State, and Federal Government Agencies.  With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Gramse also has a vast knowledge of the integration process, bringing a realistic approach to the design.

Clay Flory

Operations Manager

Mr. Flory specializes in project planning and scheduling.  He has experience with multiple software platforms that allow him to optimize material management and procurement during construction/installation projects. His knowledge of the industry and a background in dealing with cross functional-teams enables Mr. Flory to expertly execute contractual obligations.  Mr. Flory uses his management experience of over two decades, to effectively and expertly manage projects from beginning to end.

Lisa Cook

HR Manager/Purchasing

Lisa Cook has been leading the GENCOMM team with her expertise in Human Resources and Purchasing for 10 years.  Her knowledge of our vendor processes keeps our team on schedule with lead times on projects; all while keeping the office running smoothly.

Lynn "Skinny" Southworth

Service Manager

Lynn aka "Skinny" has been with our company for over 27 years, and currently manages the service department.  He has been installing and servicing electronic systems for over 39 years, and has many factory certifications.  Our clients appreciate the service that they are provided with, and trust that we will be there to handle any of their technical needs or emergencies with "Skinny" and his team.  His warming approach to customer satisfaction surpasses all others. 

Mike "Kirby"

Sales & Marketing Manager

Mike "Kirby" has a deep background of managing both processes and assets, Mr. Kirby has a natural talent for working with people. After nearly a decade of sales/management experience and a Bachelor of Science in Business in Business Management (University of Utah), Mr. Kirby specializes in networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Mr. Kirby maintains a knowledge base of the constant-changing technology today's world has to offer.
