Join us at our Annual Technology Showcase, a dynamic trade show featuring 15+ vendors exclusively from the AV industry. This event presents a unique opportunity to connect with a diverse and influential audience, including IT personnel, facility managers, purchasing officers from K-12 and Higher Education, city managers, city recorders, city council members, state procurement officers, end users, corporate clients, Houses of Worship engineers, and design consultants across various verticals.

Registration is $750 for a booth.
Each vendor will receive a 6′ table from the venue. Limited 8′ tables are available upon request. For accommodation, please email Cassidy at cassidy@gencomminc.com.
Electrical:
Electrical power to your exhibit is included in the booth fee. Please bring your own extension cords and power strips as needed.
On-site AV:
GENCOMM will be utilizing all of our A/V equipment so you will need to provide your own A/V equipment.
Vendor Parking:
The parking at Jordan Commons is free. You will want to park in the south parking garage on the east side of the building for easy access to the event location entrance.
Will meals be provided?
We will be providing breakfast, lunch, and drinks throughout the day of the event.
Will there be lodging?
You will be responsible for your own lodging.
Shipping and Storage material
If you will be shipping your equipment, you will need to send it to our office in Draper. Please make arrangements to pick up your equipment before 5 pm on October 31st, the day prior to the showcase. If you wish to arrange this, please send an email to Cassidy at cassidy@gencomminc.com.
